The typical response time
for a new Internet account is one to three business
days. If three days have passed and you have not received
a user name and password, please call Industrial/Government
Internet Support at 1-877-740-1881 Monday - Friday 7:00am
- 5:00pm Central Time.
Alternatively, if you are an existing
Snap-on customer and have a recent copy of your packing
slip that includes your customer number, delivery code,
ship-to zip code and warehouse information; or if you
are a federal government user with a GSA SmartPay card
beginning with the prefixes 4486, 4716, or 5568, you
can self-register online and begin shopping immediately.
