Q: Who do I call to obtain product information?

Q: I am a student. Can I place orders over the Internet and receive my student discount?
A:
Students cannot place orders over the Internet. However, students may place orders with the Snap-on Industrial Account Manager that handles the school the student attends. If you are not sure who your account manager is, please contact Industrial/Government Customer Service at 1-877-740-1900 Monday - Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm Central Time.

Q: I have a socket that has failed. Who do I contact for warranty replacement?
A:
You will need to contact your Industrial/Government Account Manager. If you are not sure who your account manager is, please contact Industrial Customer Service at 1-877-740-1900 Monday - Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm Central Time and we will provide you with your account manager's name and contact information.

Q: Who do I contact for a breakdown on an item?

Q: Who do I contact for a MSDS sheet?

Q: Once I submit my request for an Internet account, how long does it take for the application to be processed?
A:
The typical response time for a new Internet account is one to three business days. If three days have passed and you have not received a user name and password, please call Industrial/Government Internet Support at 1-877-740-1881 Monday - Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm Central Time.

Alternatively, if you are an existing Snap-on customer and have a recent copy of your packing slip that includes your customer number, delivery code, ship-to zip code and warehouse information; or if you are a federal government user with a GSA SmartPay card beginning with the prefixes 4486, 4716, or 5568, you can self-register online and begin shopping immediately.
