Q: What credit cards do you accept for payment?
A: Snap-on accepts American Express, Discover, Master Card, and Visa. We also accept procurement cards, as well as GSA SmartPay cards beginning with the prefixes 4486, 4716 and 5568.

Q: Is there anything special I need to do to make my bill-to/ship-to tax exempt?
A: Please contact Industrial/Government Internet Support at 1-877-740-1881 Monday - Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm Central Time. They will be able to help you.

Q: How long will it take for my pricing to be displayed online?
A: One you have registered online and we have validated your company and bill-to information, your pricing will be displayed immediately.

Q: Why are my online prices different from those in the Snap-on price list?
A: Each time Snap-on makes changes to prices, the online catalog is automatically updated. The online catalog at Snapon.com will always display your company's most current pricing. The Snap-on paper price list is published every two years and displays list pricing; it does not reflect your organization's current prices.
