Q: Why do I have to enter my GSA SmartPay card number when I register as a federal government user?
Because of our commitment to give you the best possible pricing for your company and to deter fraud, we need to verify your identity. We do this by matching your bill-to address that you input when you first register online to your GSA SmartPay card bill-to address. This is to protect both you as the consumer as well as Snap-on.

If you already have an account set up with Snap-on and do not have a GSA SmartPay card to make purchases or you would like to use a purchase order, please contact Industrial/Government Customer Service at 1-877-740-1900 Monday - Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm Central Time.

Q: I tried to register online, but I was asked for my Snap-on Account number. Can I register online even though I have never purchased from Snap-on before and I don't have an account number?
At this time, we are only allowing existing Snap-on customers and Federal government purchasers to register online. If you would like to become a Snap-on customer, please contact Industrial/Government Internet Support at 1-877-740-1881 Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm Central Time or complete the Industrial Inquiry form. They will be able to set you up as a new customer with online purchasing permissions.

Q: I am a current Snap-on Industrial customer, but I don't have my account number, delivery code, ship-to zip code and warehouse information available; nor do I have a copy of a recent packing slip. How can I register online?
