Ordering and Shipping
Special requests should be called in to Industrial/Government
Customer Service at 1-877-740-1900 Monday - Friday 7:00am
- 5:00pm Central Time or emailed to indcswo@snapon.com.
At this time, Snap-on
is only accepting credit card orders for online purchases
by existing self-registered Industrial customers and
Federal Government entities. Snap-on accepts purchasing
card orders from Federal Government users as long as
they have a GSA SmartPay Card beginning with the prefixes
4486, 4716 and 5568. Federal government users need not
be existing Snap-on customers.
If you would like to have an open account
with Snap-on, or to purchase with a purchase order online,
please contact Industrial/Government Internet Support
at 1-877-740-1881 Monday - Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm Central
Time.
Once you've placed an
order, you will receive an email confirming your order.
You may also click on the order number on the "Review
Orders" page for more details regarding processing
and shipment of your order.
You will receive an order
confirmation through email.
Under "Your Account",
click on "Review Orders", search for the required
order, click on the order number, and then click on
"Get Tracking Information" at the bottom of
the page.

- 5:00pm Central Time. Please have your customer number
and electronic order number ready.
Alternatively, you can review your orders
online by clicking on "Your Account" and then
clicking on "Review Orders". You may then
choose the appropriate order number to view the "Order
Status" page for that order.
