Accessing the SureTrack Community
Applies To: VERDICT®, VERUS®, VERUS® PRO, VERUS® Wireless
There’s a new way to access SureTrack!
STEP 1: UPDATE WEB BROWSER
As of October 22, 2016, a new SureTrack Community experience is available to you through ProDemand or ShopKey Pro. Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 (IE8) browser is no longer supported so update your browser to continue to receive the benefits SureTrack delivers.
Preferred Web Browser
To ensure you receive the very best experience when using VERUS® or VERDICT® family platforms, Snap-on® recommends customers use Mozilla Firefox browser.
Customers may download Firefox from Mozilla web site.

STEP 2: ACCESS SURETRACK COMMUNITY FROM THE DESKTOP BROWSER ON YOUR DIAGNOSTIC TOOL
Double-click the Firefox browser icon on the desktop of your diaagnostic tool.
Note: the SureTrack icon on the diagnostic suite is no longer functional.
Type ShopKeyPro.com into the browser.
STEP 3: LOGIN
At the site you may login using your existing username and password.
Note: If a current ProDemand or ShopKey customer, previously you had the same username and password for both sites. Now, you will find your username has been modified to support your introduction to the new SureTrack Community within ProDemand or ShopKey Pro. Your username will remain the same as before but with “_Tech” appended.
Your previous SureTrack username: SuperWrench
Your new SureTrack Community username: SuperWrench_Tech
STEP 4: WELCOME!
Once login is complete you may update your new SureTrack profile and access SureTrack Community. Don’t forget to bookmark ProDemand or ShopKey Pro, the new home for SureTrack Community.
