How to switch from ShopKey Pro Mobile to ShopKeyPro.com

Overview:

Choose between ShopKey Pro.com, ProDemand.com, ShopKey Pro Mobile, and ProDemand Mobile

Symptoms:

ShopKey Pro requires a subscription. See your Snap-on Franchisee or other sales representative for details.

Resolution:

  1. From the ShopStream Suite main menu select Repair Information
  2. Select a vehicle
  3. If not already logged into ShopKey, login
  4. Click the Menu button. Its the third button from the left in the lower left corner with orange/gold arrows.
  5. Select Website from the menu that opens in the top left of the screen
  6. Select ShopKeyPro.com or whichever service you want
