PACKAGING
- Check the condition of your delivery
- Remove the four security locks from the box and lift the box off the pallet
- Remove the protective cover from the unit, along with the sticker and accessory pack
- Roll the unit off the pallet by tilting it gently backwards to free the wheels from their secure position
- Release the brakes in order to move your unit to your desired position
PRODUCT ACTIVATION
- Connect the power cable and switch on the unit
- Wait for boot-up then press OK to continue upon receiving the Machine Locked message
- Make a note of your activation code then go to the website www.ac-activation.com on a computer or tablet, and press OK on your AC machine to continue
- Enter your activation code in the appropriate area of the website then fill in the mandatory fields and accept the privacy statement
- You will be provided with your unique unlock code, which you then have to enter on your AC unit
SCALE UNLOCKING
- Follow the instructions on your unit’s display
- Unlock the security nut fully to release the scale
- Press OK to continue
- You will next be asked to verify the vacuum pump oil level, which can be found at the bottom of the rear of the unit and should be at the halfway mark
- Press OK to continue
INSERTING OIL AND TRACER DYE
- When promoted, confirm the oil container by selecting the HR bottle then pressing OK
- The screen will instruct you to connect a cartridge or refill a new oil container
- While wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), release and open the blue bottle then fill it with oil and secure back in place
- Press OK to continue, then you will be prompted to connect a cartridge or refill the UV container
- Again wearing PPE, release and open the yellow bottle then fill it with tracer dye and secure back in place
- Press OK to continue, then do the same at the next screen to continue with a vacuum procedure
- Wait for the vacuum test to finish – this may take a few minutes
GAS BOTTLE FILLING
- Wearing PPE, connect the appropriate bottle adaptor supplied to the external gas bottle
- The unit will then prompt you to connect and open the High Pressure (HP) or Low Pressure (LP) coupler
- Once connected, open the valve on the external bottle and position the bottle for liquid filling
- Press OK to continue, then set the gas quantity – make sure it is between the min and max levels displayed – and press OK
- Wait for the system to prompt, and close the HP/LP coupler and press OK to continue
- Wait for the bottle filling cycle to complete and once it has done so, disconnect the HP/LP coupler
- Disconnect the coupler from the external bottle and return it to the unit
YOUR UNIT IS NOW READY FOR USE
