REMOVE THE PACKAGING
- Remove the four security locks from the box and then lift it up to take off
- Remove the accessory pack
STARTING UP FOR THE FIRST TIME
- Connect the power cable and switch on the machine
- Follow the instructions on the monitor until you are presented with an activation code, which you should take a note of
- Use a computer or tablet to open the activation website at www.ac-activation.com
- Insert the activation code in the appropriate area then click on GET UNLOCK CODE and fill in all mandatory fields
- Click on GET UNLOCK CODE at the bottom of the page and if the fields are completed correctly you will be shown your code
- Enter this code on your Dual Gas and then press OK to unlock the system
- Wait for the end of the initialisation procedure
- Select the type of gas (R134a or R1234yf) and press OK
- Enter Setup, select the operation language and confirm then return to the main menu
UNLOCKING THE SCALES
- Undo the scale security locking nut on R1234yf and R134a scales
- Check that the oil level is steady
TRACER DYE AND OILS
- Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), release and open bottle number 4
- Fill it with 250ml of tracer dye for R1234yf then close and return the bottle to the unit
- Release and open bottle number 3 then fill it with 250ml of oil for R1234yf before returning it to the unit
- Release and open bottle number 2 then fill it with 250ml of oil for R134a before returning it to the unit
- Release and open bottle number 1 then fill it with 250ml of tracer dye for R134a before returning it to the unit
- WARNING: The use of oil and tracer dye not approved by the manufacturer could involve malfunction and warranty decline
REFILLING GAS TANK
- Wearing PPE, attach the connector (supplied) to the external bottle and screw on to tighten
- Select Maintenance from the unit’s homepage and then refill the tank
- Connect the blue quick coupler to the external bottle then open the bottle valve and press OK
- Enter a quantity between 600g and 10000g then wait for the phase to complete
- After completion, close the external bottle valve and press OK
- Wait for the recovery phase to complete then disconnect the external bottle and press OK, before returning to the main menu
