The Shop Management SE Viewer application, installed on a Snap-on VERUS® family or VERDICT™ Diagnostic platform, allows technicians to view assigned jobs without the need to leave the service bay. Repair orders written by the service advisor at the service counter are stored in the Shop Management database and are wirelessly* transmitted, via the shop network, to the service bay to be viewed in the technician's hands on the Snap-on VERUS or VERDICT platform.
The technician may add notes, update repair order status, mileage and vehicle location which can then be viewed by the service advisor at the front counter.
The Shop Management SE Viewer application is compatible with version 6.4 or greater ShopKey Service Writer SE, ShopKey Shop Management SE, Mitchell1 Manager SE and ManagerPlus SE.

Double clicking on a line item or highlighting a line item and selecting "Open" displays additional detail.
Editing a Record
The "Status" of the Order, the vehicle "Odometer Out" and "Vehicle Location" may easily be edited from within the Shop Management SE Viewer.
