Linking Mercedes-Benz (Canada)

  1. Go to AltusDrive.com on a new tab and click 'Manage Existing Account'.
  2. Sign in to your Technician Profile.
    IMPORTANT: Make sure you are signing in under Technician Profile, not Shop Profile. 
  3. Open the 'Security Link' tab on the left (Figure 1). 
  4. Click the blue '+' next to 'Mercedes-Benz International'.
  5. Add required information as prompted  
    1. Account Information 

      NOTE: A 4-digit Profile Access Code is used on some newer vehicle models before gaining certain functions and features. 
    2. Shop Information 

      IMPORTANT: This information will appear in your Vehicle System Reports.
  6. Click ‘Save and Next’.
  7. Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  8. Click ‘Save’.
  9. Click ‘iDenfy’ to verify your identity.
  10. Read the information provided and select ‘Agree & Continue Securely’.
  11. Scan the QR Code with your phone to complete the process.
    1. Select your country, then 'Continue' (Figure 2). 
    2. Select a document type, then 'Continue'.
    3. Complete the following directions as stated on your phone. Once it is complete, you will be notified to close the pop-up on Technician Profile. 
  12. Click the blue '+' again for 'Mercedes International'.
  13. Restart all diagnostic scanners connected to this account to sync.
