Platform Purchase

1.

Log into Chrome, create an RA order

2.

Add Item(s): diagnostic platform part number

3.

Launch ScanBay and follow the prompts to activate platform

4.

Back in Chrome, select Complete Order

5.

In the Complete Order window, select to Print, Save or Email the order

6.

If a newer software version is available for the device or it needs activation, a ScanBay message appears and offers to program the device. Follow prompts

Enroll New Platform in Subscription

1.

In Chrome, create a 2nd order, select Subscription from the Account Type dropdown menu

2.

Select No when prompted “is this a Trade-in?”

3.

Select Subscription from the list of promotions displayed

4.

Launch ScanBay from Chrome and follow prompts to complete enrollment

5.

In Chrome, select Complete Order

6.

Perform a ScanBay sync
