Follow the ‘Forgot username’ or the ‘Forgot password’ prompts on the Login page to reset your username or password.

No, All of these "Profiles" are the same, and remember you only need to setup your Profile once in either ShopKey Pro or via Altusdrive.com. The applications are different, but your profile/login credentials are the same.
The codes you need to associate your diagnostic tool with your Technician Profile are located in your tool's software.

No, Your Snap-on Technician Profile is where you manage your individual profile information (e.g. Name, E-mail, Phone, SureTrack Community Activation codes, Security Link OEM accounts, etc), and Snap-on Cloud (altusdrive.com) is where you store, manage and share data uploaded from your diagnostic tool (e.g. screenshots, pictures, code scan reports, etc.)
