SureTrack® Getting Started

SureTrack access is linked to your diagnostic tool software version, and is only available when you have the latest diagnostic software version installed on your diagnostic tool.

To use SureTrack on your diagnostic tool, you must:

Have the current diagnostic software version installed on your diagnostic tool

To use the SureTrack Community (online application), you must:

Have the current diagnostic software version installed on your diagnostic tool
Enter and save your current SureTrack Activation Code in your Snap-on Technician Profile.
Have access to a PC/Mobile device, or a diagnostic tool with an Internet browser (e.g. ZEUS+, ZEUS or VERUS Edge).

I'm Using SureTrack On My Diagnostic Tool for the First Time

If you have the current diagnostic software version installed on your (select) diagnostic tool, SureTrack is available when using the Scanner and other functions. There is nothing to setup or activate, except having your diagnostic tool connected to a wireless network.

I'm Using SureTrack Community for the First Time

If you do not have a Snap-on Technician Profile you will need to create one before you can access SureTrack Community (online).

I Am Trying to Reactivate My Access to the SureTrack Community With My New Activation Code

If your SureTrack Community access has EXPIRED, you will need to reactivate it.
