The Audit Committee of Snap-on Incorporated has established procedures for the handling of concerns regarding Snap-on's accounting, internal accounting controls and auditing matters.  Any person who has a good faith accounting concern may report it to the Company in any one of the following ways:

Concerns or issues may be made in a confidential and anonymous manner. The Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics prohibits any person from retaliating against an employee for any report made in good faith.
 
The Department of Homeland Security/OIG Hotline is designed to receive allegations regarding:

• Fraud, waste, abuse, or mismanagement involving the Department programs, funds, contracts, grants, employees or operations.
• Civil rights abuses within the Department.
• Whistleblower and retaliation matters within the Department.
