Retired Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Regal Beloit Corporation
Mr. Knueppel, age 74, retired in 2011 as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Regal Beloit Corporation, a manufacturer of electric motors, generators and controls, as well as mechanical motion control products, and served as a director of Regal Beloit until 2019. He previously served as Regal Beloit’s President and Chief Operating Officer and as an Executive Vice President prior thereto. Mr. Knueppel served as a Director of WEC Energy Group, Inc until 2021. Mr. Knueppel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Ripon College and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
