Positions Held at Snap-on: Engineering Intern, Test Engineer, Diagnostics Sales Developer
Education: Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering
Interesting Snap-on Stories: After I interned with Snap-on in the summer of 2014 I was infatuated with the culture of the company and the Kenosha office where I worked. As I approached graduation I began interviewing with several different companies, and one of the things that stood out to me the most was that people at other companies wouldn’t say “Hi” or acknowledge each other as they walked past each other. The culture here at Snap-on is a lot friendlier and welcoming. No matter how many times you see someone in the office we always say “Hi”, “Good Morning”, or acknowledge one another with a smile or a nod.
An Interesting Thing About My Snap-on Story: I was sitting in my school’s library one day going through my emails and saw that they extended the deadline for the Snap-on scholarship/internship, which I previously ignored because I was too busy with school. I finally had some downtime and decided to take my chances by quickly applying before heading to class. One interview later and I was selected to receive a scholarship and an internship. Now I am a full-time associate and happy to have started my career with Snap-on.
