Snap-on® equipment engineers team visit King's Lynn Headquarters, Norfolk for GEA Training 


The entire UK service engineering team recently gathered at the Snap-on Diagnostics and Equipment facility in King's Lynn, Norfolk, for an intensive training programme that included garage equipment training as well as completion of two GEA qualifications: MOT Equipment Engineer (Installation and Calibration) and Lift Engineer (Installation and Inspections). Julian Woods, CEO of the Garage Equipment Association (pictured below), delivered both of these GEA programmes. 

The 40-strong team of factory trained service engineers are UKAS and GEA-accredited. These engineers are available nationwide to assist garage equipment customers with installations, routine maintenance, calibrations and servicing as well as friendly advice, to ensure that workshop doors remain open at all times. 




Furthermore, Snap-on has a dedicated in-house staff of customer care and product support specialists in the UK who are qualified to quickly handle issues and, where possible, give remote help to consumers for a quick, first-time fix.
